Instructions for Public Entry

on Saturday, 6th April 2019

 
To complete the registration form there are a couple of options you can choose and they are:-
  1. You can download form and fill in by hand and either send to registrar by mail or you can scan document and send by email to registrar
    OR
  2. You can download form and complete on line as an interactive form (preferred option) and on completion, save file to your computer and send email to registrar with form attached.
 
Complete form by hand
  • Click on link below (registration form- word doc) and interactive form will open up.
  • Print blank form
  • Complete all sections where applicable – NB: Only need to complete areas highlighted in .
  • In payment section please complete preferred mode of payment and follow instructions as stated on form.
  • On completion you can do the following:-
    • Post to registrar
    • Email form to registrar by scanning document and save document to a file and then attach to your email.
    • Make sure you complete or act on the mode of payment. If we do not receive your payment we cannot confirm your registration.
 
Complete using interactive form on line (PREFERRED OPTION)
 
  • Click on link below (registration form word.doc) and interactive form will open up.
  • Complete all sections by entering your details via your computers keyboard. Only need to complete areas highlighted in .
  • In payment section please complete your mode of payment ensuring you put an “X” correct mode of payment box.
  • On completion you can do one of the following:
    • Save file to your computer
    • Email registrar making sure you attach saved file
      OR
    • You can print completed form and post to registrar following above instructions ( particularly if you are sending a cheque)
    • Make sure you complete or act on the mode of payment. If we do not receive your payment we cannot confirm your registration.
 
Walk in on day registration
Walk in on the morning of the conference or the day before will be permitted but all registrants need to be registered 30 minutes before doors opening at 8.30 am.
 
Collection of Wristbands
All registrants will be able to collect their entry wristbands from the registration office on the ground floor of the Civic Centre from 2.00pm on Thursday 4th April 2019. In the event of losing your wristband you will need to pay an additional registration fee for a replacement.
